Counselor/Advocate (Off-Site/mobile) Full Time 37.5 hours/week

Seeking outcomes driven, positive individuals with a passion for providing counseling and advocacy services on behalf of victims/survivors of domestic and/or sexual abuse.  Services are provided in our main office, satellite location, and community.  Successful applicants will possess experience and documented achievements in their work with people who’ve experienced trauma, and the ability to manage crisis with adults and children. Reliable transportation a must. Local travel required. Executive Assistant – Full Time 37.5 hours/week

Seeking exceptionally organized professional with outstanding administrative management skills for the overall support for the office of Executive Director and the management team.

Successful candidate will have outstanding project management skills, administrative experience, proven ability to develop reports/documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel, excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with human resource functions. Must be knowledgeable with Federal and State laws, including EEO, HIPAA, and employment law.

S/he will have experience with recruitment, onboarding, processing, and orientation of new hires, and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must have the ability to multi-task and focus on work with details. Knowledge of procurement and purchasing helpful. Grant writing experience a plus.

Financial Assistant – Part Time 30 hours/week

S/he will assist the Manager of Finance with financial records and reports, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, annual audit, grant writing and monitoring. S/he will assist the Development Manager with maintaining the agency’s donor database including correcting and updating constituent records, merging records, creating and executing various reports, and gift processing and reconciliation. S/he will assist with event fundraiser logistics.  The Financial Assistant will also assist the Manager of Finance and Development Manager with other tasks as needed.

Must have experience with QuickBooks, Raisers Edge (or other donor database software) and Microsoft Office.  Strong Excel skills, accrual bookkeeping and non-profit accounting background are preferred.   S/he will possess outstanding organizational and time management skills, and be detail oriented, with strict adherence to confidentiality.  Associates Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field is preferred.  Relevant work experience, life experience, and/or appropriate educational background is respected.

Web Communications Specialist – Part Time 22.5 hours/week

S/he will develop and implement social media and other web-based communications strategies for Women’s Resources. S/he will develop blog posts, Facebook and other social media posts, website content, and other online communications that reflect the mission and program goals of Women’s Resources.

Must have experience with social media communication strategies, blogging, WordPress website builder, and Microsoft Office.  Experience in marketing, outreach, and awareness building is preferred, nonprofit experience a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills, detail oriented and able to work independently and as a team.
